Welcome to the Computer Science Department!

The computer science department at UW-L is the second oldest in the state, behind Madison.  The department's emphasis on teaching is evident in small class sizes and professors who give students personal attention.  The department has an exciting and challenging curriculum in our undergraduate programs with a large selection of elective courses.  The unique 5yr dual degree, BS in Computer Science/Master of Software Engineering, is for those students up to the challenge of getting both degrees in a shorter period of time.  The Master of Software Engineering (MSE) degree is the only MSE program within the UW-System.   We hoped to have peeked your interest to investigate a little closer what we have to offer.  Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.   We can be reached at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
